Sgt J. Castellanos was born
in Santiago de Cuba. He was
raised in Hoboken, NJ, and
currently resides in Toms
River, NJ with his wife and
three daughters.
He earned his bachelor's
degree in business
management from Saint
Peter's College ('87),
Jersey City, NJ and is
currently pursuing his
master's degree. He is a
member of the 1) Girl Scouts
of the Jersey Shore - Board
of Directors, 2) NJ

Sgt. Julian Castellanos is

been married for 17 years
and is the father of three
