Topic: Borgata's Water Club
Speaker: Drew Schlesinger, VP and General Manager of the Water Club provided the PR Council with his vision of the Water Club, the Borgata's boutique style hotel, set to open in the summer of 2008.
- Mr. Schlesinger has been associated with many prestigious hotel chains in his career including Hyatt, several Ian Schrager hotels, Four Seasons, InterContinental and most recently Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants.
- Prior to joining the Borgata he was responsible for the opening of many upscale hotels in particular the Mondrian in Los Angeles and the Paramont (NY), an Ian Schrager Hotel.
- His last hotel, the New York 70 Park Avenue was rated one of the top 116 hotels in the World by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine within 9 months of opening.
